Booking FAQs

Search for the service you want, choose a suitable date and time, then tap "Confirm Booking". You will receive a confirmation via phone or email.

Yes, you can cancel your booking from the "My Bookings" page at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Some service providers may charge a cancellation fee based on their policy.

Go to "My Bookings", select the booking you want to modify, then tap "Change Time" and choose a new available time slot.

It depends on the service provider. Some businesses require upfront payment to confirm the booking, while others allow payment on arrival. Payment details will be shown before you confirm.

Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else during the confirmation step. Enter the name and phone number of the person attending and they will receive the booking details.

Account FAQs

Tap "Login" at the top of the page, then select "Create New Account". Enter your phone number and you will receive a verification code to complete registration.

Go to your account settings, then tap "Change Phone Number". You will need to verify the new number via SMS.

You can browse services and search without an account, but you will need to create one to complete a booking and track your reservations.

Go to account settings and tap "Delete Account". All your data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the request.

Business FAQs

Go to the "For Business" page and tap "Get Started Free". Complete your business details and you can start managing bookings within minutes.

The platform is completely free! We only take 2% from each booking made through the platform. No monthly subscription fees, no hidden charges.

After registering your business, you get a full dashboard to manage bookings, schedules, and customers. You can accept or decline bookings and manage your calendar easily.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking for free at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee based on the service provider's policy.

If the booking requires upfront payment, a full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the booking value.

If the service provider cancels the booking, you will receive an immediate full refund of any amount paid. For any refund inquiries, please contact our support team.
